Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with mechanical systems and helping customers? Join our team as a Field Service Technician and take your skills on the road—domestically and internationally!

• What You’ll Do :
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues with minimal supervision.
• Work directly with customers, engineers, and manufacturers to resolve problems.
• Review service requests and respond quickly to equipment failures or start-up needs.
• Collaborate with team members and agents to implement solutions.
• Create sketches or drawings to support customer needs and coordinate with engineering for special designs.
• Keep detailed records of service activities and submit trip reports.
• Travel regularly to customer sites to supervise installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Enter service orders and ensure accurate billing for time and parts.
• Support product development and assist with parts department operations as needed.
• What We’re Looking For :
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; knowledge of electrical controls is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and navigate CAD drawings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other business software.
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Physical Requirements :
• Comfortable standing, walking, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in various environments, including outdoor and industrial settings.
• Other Requirements :
• Willingness to travel 50–70% of the time, including international trips.
• Flexible schedule with potential for overtime and overnight stays.
• Must follow all safety protocols on job sites.
• Valid U.S. passport (or ability to obtain within 45 days).
• TWIC card and ability to travel internationally without restrictions, including to Canada and Mexico.

Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
