Director of Social Work

Whispering Pines Nursing & Rehab is currently hiring. Our facility provides residents with a full range of long-term care and rehabilitation services, along with a variety of engaging social and recreational activities. We currently have an opportunity for a Director of Social Work in our Fayetteville NC facility.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in long-term care, be compassionate and caring, handle multiple priorities, work flexible hours and enjoy working with an older resident population.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Human Studies or Bachelor Degree in Social Work or another human services field preferred.

Qualifications : Enjoy working with older people, exercise judgment, display empathy, creative skills, imagination, friendliness, resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and have a caring attitude and sincere interest in others.

No criminal background record or OIG exclusion

Licensure / Certification : Licensed Social Services Director preferred

Experience : A minimum of two years experience with at least one year experience working in Long Term Care or with the older adult population.
