Job descriptionBi-lingual Dental treatment scheduling experience EHR software experience Experience professionally discussing financial status and arrangements with patients Dental insurance processing and pre-authorization experience Ability to travel between MHK and JC clinics, as needed. We are currently seeking a Dental Patient Access Representative to join our team at our Junction City Clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others access quality oral healthcare.
Requirements :
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Professional office and / or customer service experience
- Basic office skills such as typing and filing
