Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to support strategic initiatives within their North America Talent Management team. This temporary role will focus launching management development programs, driving leadership growth, and supporting the implementation of a refreshed talent and performance philosophy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Launch and enhance management learning programs to align with evolving business needs
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent action plans
- Support the rollout and adoption of a new talent and performance management philosophy
- Lead and contribute to leadership development initiatives and succession planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with broader HR and business strategies
- Provide expert facilitation and guidance on talent development best practices
- Engage stakeholders to ensure program relevance, impact, and sustainability
Qualifications :
Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Management or related HR functionsProven experience designing and facilitating leadership and learning programsStrong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience leading or collaborating with cross-functional teams (previously led a team of 4 : 2 managers, a talent partner, and an analyst)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
