Project Accounting Assistant

A company is looking for a Project Accounting Assistant to join their team remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare invoice packages and WIP reports for approval by Project Accountant

Review subconsultant invoices for accuracy and compliance, and process expense reports

Assist Project Accountants with project closeouts and maintain accurate accounting files

Required Qualifications

Two-year college degree in Accounting or Finance, or 2+ years of related professional experience

Experience in the Architecture / Engineering / Construction industry is highly desired

Knowledge of Deltek Vision software is a plus

Ability to analyze data and propose solutions through technical understanding

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project objectives
