We are currently seeking a Board-Certified / Board Eligible Neurologist for an exciting Locum opportunity in South Bend, IN

Start Date : As soon as credentialed! Schedule : 08 : 00-5 : 00

Compensation : $350 an hour

Position Overview :

Practice Setting :   Outpatient-Hospital setting

Reason for Coverage : Retired and PRN unable to cover

Dates of Coverage : Flexible

Schedule (Shifts and Hours) : 0800-1700, last patient @ 1630 or 0800-1630, last patient @ 1600

What Percent of the Practice is Adult :  100%

What Percent of the Practice is Outpatient : 99%

What Percent of the Practice is Inpatient :   Less than 1%

Average Number of Office / Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day : 10-16

Lab Onsite? Yes

X-Ray Onsite?  Yes

Office Ancillary Staff :  6 Neurodiagnostic colleagues- 2 of them are registered EEG.

Facility will reimburse the Following Costs : Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
