NSB is focused on Accounts Receivable Management and Subrogation and has grown exponentially over the last 34 years to become a leading national agency. Collections Manager Job Description :
We are seeking a Collections Manager with experience leading teams, who can empathize with consumers and has the ability to maintain professionalism at all times. This role ensures that all call center, collections, and training goals are met. Other job functions include :
Analyzes, evaluates, and reports on performance, service, KPIs and other metricsMakes recommendations for action plansPerform continued training and educationImplements call center and collection operational strategiesProvides daily personnel management and oversightConducts regular 1 : 1s and annual performance reviewsRecommends changes to employee levels based on activity and performanceEnforce company policies and hold team members accountableCollections Manager Skills Required :
Secure home office consisting of :Dedicated high-speed Internet (Cable, DSL, Fiber) with access via a hardwired connection (not wi-fi)
Internet speed required to be at 100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up, and Latency of 100 ms or belowPlease note that T-Mobile Home 5G Internet is not supported for our remote work environment due to performance and reliability concerns.Dedicated space where others cannot hear voice conversations, is free from background noise and other distractions (ex.
