Equal Justice Law Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Paralegal to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing cases from start to finish. Key Responsibilities :
Independently manage cases from inception through trial and post-judgment proceedings.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.Conduct legal research and analyze case law.Prepare and organize documents for depositions, mediations, and trials.Manage client communications, including providing case updates and responding to inquiries.File pleadings through e-filing and serve opposing parties and counsel.Review and analyze financial records, reports, and other relevant case materials.Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel to ensure smooth case progression.Monitor court deadlines and maintain an organized case management system.Skills and Qualifications :
Ability to analyze issues and develop strategic case plans.Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High level of professionalism and ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.Familiarity with case management software and e-filing systems.Please submit your resume, and we encourage you to include a brief cover letter discussing your experience and how you envision shaping your career.
