The Role

We're looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager a creative doer who brings ideas to life through sharp thinking, clear communication, and an instinct for what resonates with people. This isn't a narrowly defined role. It's for someone who thrives in ambiguity, connects dots across projects, and builds ideas from the ground up. You'll help shape how BetterPet engages its many audiences from service providers to pet owners to non-pet owners in shared spaces producing narratives, initiatives, and activations that support our strategic goals.

• Strong storytelling instincts and writing skills that flex across mediums and audiences
• Ability to turn abstract ideas into structured, executable creative work
• Comfort operating without heavy process you self-manage priorities, pace, and deadlines
• Strategic understanding of brand and audience, paired with a bias for execution
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working cross-functionally in a small, agile team
• Curiosity about how pets shape our homes, workplaces, and communities
