Diesel Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diesel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance, with the ability to work on various heavy equipment and vehicles. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure that all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.

• Responsibilities
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Perform equipment repair, including electrical systems and heavy equipment operation.
• Fabricate parts as needed to ensure optimal performance of machinery.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for assembly and disassembly tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Diesel Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
• Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and fabrication techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment. xklufbp
• A valid driver's license is required.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $26.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours : No less than 42.5 per week
