Senior Project Executive – Healthcare Construction (Houston, TX)

Full-time | Travel Required | Based in Houston Office

Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Project Executive with strong leadership and healthcare construction experience. In this role, you’ll oversee large, complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You'll also mentor Project Executives and support project teams throughout the process.

This role involves frequent travel to project sites and offices in the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage multiple high-value construction projects (especially healthcare-related)
• Oversee project safety, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Support and mentor team members, including project managers, superintendents, and engineers
• Ensure contracts, insurance, and billing processes are accurate and compliant
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Lead design phases and manage GMP or design-build project development
• Monitor risk and find solutions to keep projects on track
• Stay involved in the local market and support business development efforts
• Encourage a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
• Guide team members in their career growth and development
