Adecco Staffing is partnering with a high-level manufacturing facility in Keene, NH , to hire Machine Operators on all shifts . These are temp-to-hire roles with strong potential for long-term growth in a clean, precision-focused manufacturing environment.

Job Title : Machine Operator

Location : Keene, NH

Pay Rate :

• 1st Shift : $18.00 – $24.00 / hour (based on experience)
• 2nd Shift : $20.00 – $26.00 / hour (based on experience)
• 3rd Shift : $21.00 – $27.00 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule :

Job Type : Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do :

Operate and cycle machines, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality

Perform internal and external precision setups

Work from engineering drawings, setup charts, and process sequence sheets

Select and install proper tooling, including dressing / truing grinding wheels

Perform quality inspections and use gaging tools to verify components

Maintain and complete accurate process documentation

What We’re Looking For :

High School Diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred)

Above-average mechanical aptitude and strong shop math skills

Ability to follow detailed work instructions with precision

High attention to detail, especially in aerospace-quality manufacturing environments

Pay Details : $18.00 to $27.00 per hour
