Registered Service Representative

A company is looking for a Registered Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for client inquiries and transactions

Provide excellent customer service and accurate information to clients

Document client interactions and monitor accounts for required actions

Required Qualifications

Two years of customer service experience

Broad knowledge of brokerage accounts and investments

Ability to adapt quickly to change

Team-oriented and proactive in customer focus

PC proficiency (MS Word, Outlook, Excel)
