Experience should include the following : wealth transfer strategies and advice including drafting wills, trusts, powers of ‎attorney, and other estate planning documents, trust and probate administration, and representing clients on the above matters in court (for non-litigation matters) Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce client-ready documents in a timely manner, collaborating as needed with other attorneys and clients' financial advisors.
