What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while assisting with emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or hazards. Monitor access points and observe for any unusual or suspicious behavior within the manufacturing and industrial location. Document incidents and daily activities clearly and accurately as required by site procedures. Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or contractors to support security-related needs and site policies. Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Allied Universal and site management relevant to manufacturing and industrial environments. Minimum Requirements : Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
