A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition - Services & Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning talent strategies with business goals
Develop advanced sourcing strategies for critical Customer Success and technical roles
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high-performance and professional growth
Required Qualifications
8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the software / tech industry
5+ years in a leadership or managerial role
Deep understanding of Customer Success and software engineering roles
Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools
Strong analytical skills to drive hiring decisions using data
