Bartender

Kid is looking for a bartender to join the family.

Must have solid food and drink knowledge, including classic cocktails and proper techniques.

Able to handle a full bar and multitask with ease.

Team players with a positive attitude and real hospitality skills are key.

Opportunities to grow and work with the bar director on new cocktail menus.

Understands the correct steps of service for all front-of-house roles

Communicates clearly and listens well with both guests and teammates

Interested in learning about food, wine, beer, and cocktails

Keeps up-to-date on all menu and beverage changes

Has basic knowledge of food safety and DOH standards

Enjoys providing great hospitality

Stays calm and friendly under pressure

Eager to keep learning and improving

Has open availability and a long-term mindset

Has at least 2 years of experience in upscale casual dining
