We're seeking a detail-oriented Card Services Representative to support debit and credit card operations, fraud investigation, and dispute resolution processes. This role is responsible for researching and resolving member claims in accordance with Visa, Reg E, and Reg Z regulations; processing adjustments; monitoring reports; and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure compliance and service standards are met. The ideal candidate has at least one year of financial institution experience and working knowledge of debit / credit card products, fraud mitigation, and related systems (PSCU, CO-OP, or Episys preferred). Minimum of one year of experience working in a financial institution, preferably in card services or fraud investigation.
Familiarity with debit and credit card products, including knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and systems.
Understanding of Visa regulations and federal rules such as Reg E and Reg Z.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with members and team members.
Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in utilizing card and financial systems such as , CO-OP, or Episys is preferred.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and thorough records.
Ability to analyze reports and data to identify and address discrepancies or potential fraud.
