Mold Toolmaker – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Package

Location : Germantown or Richfield, WI

Infinitek is partnering with a global manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Mold Toolmaker to join their high-performing team in Germantown or Richfield, WI. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to work with a world-class manufacturer that supports the medical, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and improving precision tooling and molds that support high-volume production operations.

Key Responsibilities of Mold Toolmaker :

• Perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair on injection molds and hot runner systems.
• Operate a variety of toolroom equipment including mills, lathes, and surface grinders to carry out repairs and modifications.
• Manufacture, repair, or replace components to maintain tooling performance and ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to address mold performance and quality issues.
• Utilize inspection and measurement tools to verify accuracy and precision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe toolroom environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance and tooling teams.
