Corporate Hr Manager

Essential duties include : performing positive and timely customer service functions by responding to employee requests and questions, efficiently investigating complex employee relations issues, administering health and welfare plans including enrollments, changes and terminations, maintaining HRIS system records and compiling reports from the database, identifying areas of opportunity for leadership training and facilitating training programs, administering family medical leave and ensuring state leave law compliance, identifying talent, executing recruiting strategies and using best practices to locate qualified candidates, creating effective sourcing pipelines for current and future openings, maintaining compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and other duties as needed.
Qualifications include : 5+ years of recent human resources experience, bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred, ability to communicate effectively and build trust with all employees, travel to locations as needed (up to 25%), SHRM CP, PHR or SPHR preferred, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
