As an Outside Plant Construction – Laborer , you will utilize your skills to :

• Work in outdoor utility construction sites.
• Be part of a crew that supports all phases of outside plant construction for various fiber-to-the-home projects.
• Excavate, trench, and install fiber optic cable and all other necessary facilities.
• Dig trenches / holes with a shovel.
• Gather and store tools, maintain equipment and safe work zone.
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field.
• Learn and train to use various kinds of tools and equipment.

Qualifications :

Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, etc.
