Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships efficiently. Implement marketing and promotion strategies to drive sales. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications : Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management.
