Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success. Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines. Monitor budgets and control costs to achieve financial goals. Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety standards. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process. Ensure all projects meet company and industry standards for quality and safety.

A successful AL - Huntsville Commercial PM should have : a strong background in project management within the construction industry; structural concrete experience in the ground up commercial construction space; proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships; excellent communication and organizational skills; familiarity with industry-specific software and tools; a results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
