Position Overview

As a Surgical Technologist in our OR / Trauma team, you will :

• Provide technical support to the surgical team by preparing and maintaining equipment and instrumentation, ensuring the surgical field remains sterile, and anticipating the needs of surgeons and anesthesiologists.
• Assist during procedures (e.g., sponge / suction, hold retractors, apply electrocautery, connect drains, apply dressings) and manage instrument care once the case is complete.
• Be prepared to scrub in trauma cases, open‑heart procedures (when trained), and contribute to efficient room turnovers and patient safety.
• Serve patients across the lifespan — neonatal through geriatric — in a fast‑paced surgical environment.
