Job Summary

Seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations across one or more markets, ensuring operational excellence, cost control, and an exceptional member experience. This role is responsible for full market P&L oversight, fleet performance, staffing, vendor management, and execution of all site activities7 days a week. The GM will drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and adapt quickly to changing business needs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• P&L & Market Performance

Own market-level financial performance, identifying and executing cost savings and revenue opportunities.

Ensure consistent execution of infleet, defleet, servicing, repairs, and delivery processes.

Staff to meet market demand within budget parameters.

Lead pilots and new initiatives from concept to launch.

Provide regular, actionable feedback to managers and frontline teams to strengthen results.
