In this role, you will leverage advanced data science and machine learning techniques to drive data-driven innovation across AI and product initiatives. You will collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to design predictive models, optimize personalization, and enhance customer experiences. This position offers the opportunity to lead analytics projects, develop actionable insights from complex datasets, and influence business strategy through data. As a senior-level independent contractor, you will work autonomously on high-impact initiatives, applying AI / LLM technologies and modern data infrastructure tools. The role is fully remote and provides flexibility while engaging in challenging and meaningful projects. Success in this role requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills to convey insights effectively across teams.

Accountabilities :

• Partner with AI and data engineers to develop data-driven solutions that enhance product performance and customer outcomes.
• Design, build, and maintain predictive models, including churn and recommendation systems, to optimize engagement and retention.
• Lead exploratory data analysis and modeling for AI and LLM-based projects.
• Analyze marketing, customer, and product datasets to uncover insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and automate dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Champion data best practices and foster a culture of experimentation and measurement across teams.
• Stay current with advances in machine learning, AI, and data infrastructure, applying them where relevant.
