Key Responsibilities
Provide client and administrative support for the Maine Crisis Line
Answer calls during high call volume periods while overseeing team operations
Exercise leadership skills in managing staff and program administration
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
One year or more of crisis-related experience preferred
Ability to earn the MHRT-CSP certification within 30 days of employment
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
Must pass a criminal background check and not be on state or federal suspension lists
