Blue Recycled Materials is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Financial Analyst to support financial modeling, forecasting, and decision-making. This role requires expert-level Excel skills and the ability to create advanced financial models, dashboards, and presentations to support business strategy and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, build, and maintain complex Excel-based financial models.
Prepare financial forecasts, scenario analyses, and variance reports.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Create visually compelling presentations and reports for executive review.
Assist in budgeting, strategic planning, and decision-making processes.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis as requested by leadership.

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience as a financial analyst or similar role.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, Power Query, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Current undergraduate / Bachelor's and Master's students are encouraged to apply.

Background / education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Experience and interest in financial modeling, FP&A, management consulting, corporate / investment banking, or private equity.

Familiarity with other tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
