Sales Representative

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Sales Rep for our client in Batavia, IL. Candidates should have sales experience, especially in B2B, construction, or related industries. Candidates will work remote on Monday and Friday; will be selling in the field on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This is a Direct Hire, Permanent position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire. Position Summary

This is a dynamic sales role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, an understanding of the sales process, and experience in or enthusiasm for the construction industry. You'll be building relationships with equipment distributors and their contractor clients, providing product expertise, and supporting sales growth across your region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow accounts across your assigned territory.
• Travel to distributor locations and job sites three days per week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• Work remotely from a home office two days per week, typically Monday and Friday.
• Support customer product knowledge through training and in-person demos.
• Occasionally attend trade shows or visit manufacturer headquarters (typically fewer than five times annually).
