Job descriptionAble to transport, set up and use ladders for roof access Standing, walking, sitting, or kneeling on sloped surfaces for extended periods of time Superior knowledge of composition roofing installation Minimum of 5 years experience as a steep slope roofing foreman, superintendent, or other industry involvement Provide assistance and training to crews Some hands-on training / correction of work Demonstrative leadership skills (leads by example). Positive attitude. Good work ethic. Provide great customer service to home and building owners Superior oral and written communication skills Bi-Lingual (Spanish a plus) Health insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) matching Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Bonus opportunities Work with a team (that feels like family) with extremely low turnover

General Responsibilities :
- Oversee projects to ensure safety, customer service and quality - including occasional hands-on repairs and training
- Managing multiple projects and work crews simultaneously
- Frequent customer communication including communicating updates and handling issues that arise
- Daily documentation of project progress

Compensation : Starting pay range $80,000 - $95,000 / year with additional bonus opportunities.
