Position Purpose : Responsible for scheduling, coordinating and arranging the delivery of products in an efficient and timely manner, influencing a strong safety culture. Provide effective communication between drivers and management team.

Primary Role Expectations :
Implement daily transportation plans to meet delivery dates, serving as the primary contact for hauling operations.Organize truck loads and routing schedules for increased efficiency and profitability.Collaborate with Fleet Services Supervisor in scheduling of all Drivers.Coordinate and monitor customer orders using ABIS.Communicate results and issues to appropriate team members including sales and operations.Create and maintain shipping reports.Requirements : Qualifications :
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function.Working knowledge of laws, regulations and DOT requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.Proficient with Office Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn and use ERP systems.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions.Education and Experience Requirements :
2+ years of dispatch or logistics coordination experience.High School diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license.Physical Requirements :
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.Walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time are all required physical aspects of the job.
