Job Description: As a Tile and Grout Restoration Technician at Sir Grout, you will play a key role in restoring the beauty of tiled surfaces, providing exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Tile and Grout Cleaning: Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and solutions to clean and restore tile and grout surfaces.

Grout Color Sealing: Apply color sealing to grout lines, ensuring a fresh and uniform appearance while providing protection against stains.

Tile and Grout Repair: Conduct minor repairs to cracked or damaged tiles and grout, restoring surfaces to their original condition.

Surface Inspection: Assess the condition of tiled surfaces and provide recommendations for restoration or maintenance.

Customer Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the restoration process.

Equipment Maintenance: Properly maintain and care for cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Requirements:

Previous Tile and Grout Restoration Experience: Proven experience in tile and grout cleaning, sealing, and repair techniques.
