Heat Transport System Design Engineer

A company is looking for a Primary Heat Transport System Design Engineer for a long-term contract role.

Key Responsibilities

Design nuclear and industrial process systems and perform analyses to support design

Provide technical direction and ensure adherence to design codes and regulatory standards

Generate design packages and support testing programs for system qualification

Required Qualifications and Education

B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical, Nuclear Engineering, or related discipline

6+ years of direct experience with mechanical systems

Experience in complex fluid system design and fluid simulation software

Previous experience with centrifugal pump and tube and shell heat exchanger design

Experience writing design specifications for large capital equipment
