Work across cross‑functional teams engineering, deployment, and vendor teams, Comfortable to managing multiple workstreams and multiple priorities.

Key Requirements
Technical Experience :
Background in GRNT (Global Restaurant Network Transformation) or similar large-scale network rollout programs.7–10 years working in the network operations / network deployment space.Strong understanding of :WAN / LAN fundamentalsWi‑Fi, SD‑WAN, firewalls, routers, switchesHow network connectivity impacts restaurants / retail operationsExperience supporting or coordinating store / restaurant tech upgrades is highly preferred.Industry Knowledge :
Prior McDonald’s experience is beneficial but not required .Experience in QSR, retail, franchise environments , or distributed systems is a plus.Understanding of how network requirements flow into day‑to‑day restaurant operations.Functional & Organizational Skills :
Ability to coordinate day‑to‑day organizational efforts for keeping restaurants compliant and up‑to‑date with network standards.Strong skills in :Scheduling and coordinating field activitiesTracking network readinessManaging multiple workstreams across marketsExperience working with helpdesk, service desks, or support teams is a plus.Soft Skills :
