What You'll Do :
- Become a Key Player : Acquire a deep understanding of our vibrant clinic and the unique needs of our clients.
- Collaborate for Success : Work closely with our talented Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and multidisciplinary team to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Hands-On Therapy : Provide direct one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions in diverse settingswhether its in our clinic, at home, or in the community.
- Crisis Management : Be a pillar of support during challenging moments, applying de-escalation techniques and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.
- Data-Driven : Collect and analyze accurate data to track client progress and inform therapy adjustments.
- Continuous Learning : Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices.
- Communicate Effectively : Build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
- Documentation Excellence : Maintain meticulous records of client sessions and progress in accordance with our standards and regulatory requirements.
What Were Looking For :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; current RBT certification from the BACB is required.
- Skills : Strong understanding of behavior principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience : Previous work with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred. Familiarity with the Jewish community and diverse age groups is a plus.
- Flexibility : A willingness to travel to client locations and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
- Experience in applied behavior analysis across various settings.
- Comfort with technology for data collection and analysis.
