Job description
A company is looking for an Onboarding Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of SME&C onboarding programs, ensuring program / project management excellence
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, validate, and evolve onboarding curriculum for priority roles
Implement a streamlined curriculum design framework to enhance onboarding efficiency and alignment with business priorities
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree or equivalent AND / OR 3+ years of relevant experience in Learning and Development or related fields
OR Bachelor's Degree AND / OR 5+ years of relevant experience
5+ years of program management experience, working with Senior Leadership and subject matter experts
Deep understanding of SME&C and MCAPS roles and business priorities
Experience in designing and validating learning programs and curriculum frameworks
