Patient Care Coordinator

Full-time, on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Kelsey Esposito, DMD, is an independent, female-owned private practice in Glen Ellyn, IL.

This legacy practice has been in business since the 1980s and provides general dentistry care to patients of all ages.

Our office provides an authentic and down-to-earth approach to oral health care and values our personal connections to the people we serve.

The Patient Care Coordinator position is the first impression and the final handshake of the practice!

We are seeking a team member who is warm, enthusiastic, service-oriented, and willing to learn and grow with us.

You must be comfortable setting the tone of patient visits and interactions, and maintaining a positive customer service experience.

This administrative role will oversee day-to-day administrative responsibilities typical to a general dental practice.

Job duties include but are not limited to; patient admission and dismissal, telephone, customer service, scheduling and managing appointments, chart processing, mail, daily opening/closing procedures, facility maintenance, understanding insurance benefits, completing treatment presentations, creating and managing financial arrangements, and resolving billing issues.

Qualifications Proficiency in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care Experience with computers, ability to navigate practice management software Experience with phone, email, and texting communication Skilled in pleasant, welcoming, and efficient communication with patients and clients Excellent organizational and task management skills Professional and team-oriented The following experience is ideal:

• Eaglesoft practice management software, or similar Previous work in front office dental positions Previous work in customer-facing roles, such as restaurants or hospitality Familiarity with OSHA and HIPAA laws CPR and First AID certified, welcomed but not required Powered by JazzHR
