Job descriptionConduct high-quality mammography and breast procedures, including : Localization procedures Ultrasound and MRI-guided breast interventions Manage an average daily caseload of approximately 60 cases, varying by type Collaborate with a team of 9 Radiologists, supported by a dedicated team of Mammography Technologists, Director, Receptionists, IT, and PACS staff Utilize Epic EMR for efficient documentation and patient management Certification : Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) Licensure : Active Massachusetts medical license Experience : Demonstrated experience in mammography and related breast procedures Credentialing : Estimated timeframe is approximately 2 months for candidates already holding a Massachusetts license Reimbursement : The facility covers travel expenses, including flights, hotels, and rental cars, to support candidates transitioning to the area Facility Resources : Modern facility with 3 exam rooms and advanced mammography technology, including teleradiology capabilities for non-mammography cases Dynamic Practice Environment : Work in a hospital-based outpatient mammography setting with access to state-of-the-art imaging technology Team-Oriented Atmosphere : Join a collaborative, supportive team that emphasizes high-quality patient care Flexible Coverage Options : Locum coverage is available for specific dates, with flexibility to work one week per month if preferred Patient-Centric Care : Serve a diverse adult and geriatric patient population
