Who We Are Looking For :

PMG Vegetation is hiring hardworking individuals for our Managed Sites Division who have 3-5 years of experience in the following areas :

Livestock Fencing : Skilled in building and repairing agricultural fencing, including barbed wire, woven wire, T-post, and wood fence systems.

Skid Steer-Mounted Auger Operation : Experienced in operating skid steers with mounted augers and attachments for post setting and light land work.

The ideal candidate comes from a farming, ranching, or construction background and enjoys hands-on outdoor work. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in craftsmanship, efficiency, and contributing to land management and restoration projects.

What You'll Do :

Depending on your experience, daily work may focus on fencing, equipment operation, or both.

Build, repair, and maintain livestock and perimeter fencing using a variety of materials and tools.

Use skid steer-mounted augers and post drivers to set posts accurately and efficiently.

Operate skid steers and attachments to move materials, clear terrain, and assist in fence construction.

Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies for daily operations.

Work in Small Crews - Collaborate with a team to complete daily vegetation management goals.

Assist with Land Restoration - Participate in wildlife fencing, vegetation removal, and habitat restoration projects.

Adapt to Outdoor Conditions - Work in varying weather while performing physically active tasks.

Follow work orders, safety procedures, and environmental best practices.

Travel locally to nearby project sites as needed.

What You Need to Apply :

Must be at least 21 years old.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in livestock fencing or skid steer-mounted auger operation

Previous experience in farming, ranching, or construction is ideal.

Physically able to lift 50 lbs. and perform repetitive manual labor.

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and terrain conditions.

Dependable, safety-focused, and able to maintain a steady work pace.

What We Offer :

Starting pay : $18.00-$21.00 / hour DOE.

Bi-weekly pay schedule.

License and certification reimbursements.
