Job description

Coverage Needed :

  • December 08 - December 14, 7 : 00 am - 7 : 00 am (24-hour call, community call, potential clinic dates)
  • Additional clinic dates may be required

Clinical Details :

  • Community call coverage at three community hospitals covering inpatient consults and ED
  • No rounding, only consults as requested
  • Average call volume : 10 per 24 hours
  • Average call back hours : 2-4 during 24-hour call shift
  • EMR : Epic
  • Support staff available in ED and for inpatient consult calls
  • Trauma level 2

    • Requirements :

  • Board Certified Physician (MD / DO) in Otolaryngology
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • New York State Licensure required
  • Ability to cover three community hospitals within a 10-mile radius
  • Competency in ENT emergency surgeries
  • Trauma experience
