A company is looking for a Designer to join their in-house marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to create user-centered marketing design solutions
Lead the design lifecycle from concept development to final UI delivery, ensuring high-quality implementation
Continuously validate design decisions through A / B testing and iterative feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
2-5 years of proven experience in graphic design, ideally in a marketing or in-house environment
Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and applications
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
