Responsibilities

The job posting primarily describes the process for candidacy and required steps to obtain employment. Responsibilities include completing employment paperwork, meeting certification requirements, and following district onboarding steps as part of the walk-on / co-curricular coaching process. Once hired, candidates will be contacted by Human Resources and the campus administration to begin the assignment after proper approvals.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Obtain Fingerprint clearance.
• Submit a copy of a negative Mantoux TB test taken within the last 60 days (TB tests taken within the last two years may be accepted if previously valid in another district).
• Submit two forms of personal identification (e.g., Social Security Card and California Driver's License, California ID Card, or Passport). Present original documents when you turn in paperwork.
• Provide proof of current infant, child and adult First Aid / CPR / AED, Title V Certification, and CIF-NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching, Heat, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Concussion, Cheer / Dance (if applicable), and Water Safety (if applicable) Certificates via CIF Home Campus (links listed at bottom of page).
• Follow campus procedures : contact the campus Athletic Director or AP / SA to start the process; after completing proper steps, you will be contacted by Human Resources for paperwork and the Live Scan form for fingerprint clearance; Assistant Principal will contact you to begin the assignment.
• No one may begin an assignment prior to receiving approval from the school AP / SA.
