Anatomic Path Support Representative II - Oklahoma City, OK - Monday-Friday 9 : 30am - 6 : 00pm
Pay Range : $17.20+ per hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The position provides general support for the Anatomic Pathology function.
Responsibilities :
Filing and retrieval of slides as requestedElectronic recording of slides into Laboratory Information System (LIS)Storage of laboratory records according to established record management protocolMay load / unload slides onto the Focal Point instrumentManage process for requesting recuts, special stains and immunohistochemistrystainsMay provide QA / QC documentationsupportParticipate in orientation and training of newly hired employees, asneededEscalate complex customer issues to appropriate individuals / departmentsMonitor and manage pendinglistsMay administer and track approved release of AP materials according to corporatepolicyMay place client calls as indicated in corporate Anatomic Pathology Report Notification SOPContact clients to request additionalinformationHandle incoming calls, responding in a professional and timelymannerAble to perform all AP Support Specialist I duties, asneededOther duties asassignedQualifications :
