About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Advanced RiskOps Group, a newly established business unit dedicated to next-generation cyber risk management services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational leadership of the group, ensuring high-quality service delivery across global hubs, and building and scaling processes for customer onboarding and lifecycle management. This role requires a strategic operator with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing execution, customer success, and innovation. The VP will also be tasked with driving business growth, shaping service offerings, and fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and technical excellence within the team. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of leadership experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or enterprise technology services, with a proven track record in building and scaling global service organizations. A strong technical foundation in vulnerability management, risk quantification, and exposure management is essential, as is a deep understanding of cyber risk frameworks. The role demands an executive with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and drive innovation at scale. The VP will be expected to own P&L accountability, define and track KPIs, and regularly brief executive leadership on performance and strategic priorities.
