Position Overview
We're looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Implementation Partner to drive process excellence and champion quality initiatives across operations for one of our manufacturing clients in the St. Louis area. This role combines hands-on training, event coordination, and data-driven analysis to create meaningful, measurable improvements.
As a key member of our CI and Quality team, you'll lead Kaizen and 5S events, reinforce Lean practices, and help strengthen a culture of continuous improvement - ensuring quality standards are both achieved and understood throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and reinforce quality and process training across departments
Track and analyze quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Support internal audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Plan, facilitate, and document Kaizen, 5S, and other Lean events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
Maintain communication and calendars for CI and quality activities
Ensure alignment across shifts and departments to sustain improvements
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and visual management tools
Analyze trends and share actionable insights with leadership
Support ERP and system-based tracking (e.g., Microsoft D365)
Qualifications
Experience in quality assurance, Lean, or continuous improvement (manufacturing experience preferred)
Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and ERP systems
Familiarity with Kaizen, 5S, and Lean methodologies
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
