About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to oversee and run our installation crews.

This hands-on leadership role involves managing day-to-day field operations, ensuring

that every installation meets our high-quality standards, and fostering a culture of safety,

teamwork, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned countertop installer who can lead by example,

problem-solve on-site, and communicate effectively with clients, builders, and our shop

team.

Our hours are from 6 am - 2 pm, Monday through Friday. We typically work between 40-50 hours per week, with any hours over 40 being overtime.

What Youll Be Doing :

Lead, train, and supervise installation crews on-site.

Perform and oversee countertop installations for granite, quartz, and other natural

stones.

Conduct site measurements, quality checks, and final inspections.

Coordinate with project managers, fabrication teams, and clients to ensure smooth

workflows.

Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges quickly and effectively.

Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Track job progress and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.

What You Bring to the Table :

Required : Minimum 5 years of experience installing granite, quartz, or natural stone

countertops.

Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a construction or fabrication

environment.

Strong knowledge of tools, installation techniques, and industry best practices.

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and templates.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in varied site conditions.
