Illinois Licensed Substation Manager

A company is looking for a Substation Group Manager to lead its utilities engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage department resources and provide mentorship to staff

Lead substation design efforts for large and complex projects

Support proposal preparation and maintain strong client relationships

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license required; PMP certification is a plus

Minimum of 15 years of industry experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role

Advanced understanding of utility design standards

In-depth knowledge of substation design and related systems
