About The Position

Job Title : Operating Room Nurse

Profession : Nursing

Specialty : Operating Room / Circulation & Scrub

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 40 hours / week, with call every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend

Hours per Shift : 36 guaranteed hours

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience

License : Current nursing license

Certifications : BLS and ACLS required

Must-Have : Strong experience in operating room circulation and scrub roles

Description :

Monday through Friday schedule with on-call responsibilities every 3rd week.

Provide exceptional patient care in the operating room environment.

Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure patient safety.

Demonstrate proficiency in both circulating and scrubbing duties.

Ability to handle fast-paced, high-stress situations.

Commitment to maintaining a sterile environment.

Engage in continuous learning and professional development.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
