Compensation and Schedule

We offer flexibility so you can choose the structure that works best for you:

• Option for production-only or hourly plus reduced production while getting started
• Expected annual income: $200,000 to $450,000
• Clinical schedule: 3 to 4 days per week
• Medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits
• Ownership opportunity available for the right candidate

What We’re Looking For

A personable, motivated, and experienced Dentist who:

• Is passionate about delivering high-quality dentistry and continuously improving
• Enjoys building long-term patient relationships
• Is hard working, caring, and a true team player
• Is seeking a stable, supportive, and growth-oriented practice
• Wants to work 3 to 4 days per week
• Looking to find a long term dental practice to call home
