Holtec Palisades seeks qualified applicants for the position of Supervisor, Regulatory Assurance / Records in its Regulatory Assurance department based at Palisades Nuclear Power Plant in Covert, MI.

Job Summary :

Responsible for ensuring regulatory inspection readiness, executing responsibilities under the Reactor Oversight Process (ROP), and compliance with records management requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Interface with regulatory and industry representatives regarding regulatory compliance activities.

Communicate technical information, concepts, and ideas verbally and in writing.

Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Organization.

Work with site departments to schedule and implement self-assessments and benchmarking initiatives.

Ensure various departments are ready for NRC inspections.

Develop and revise procedures in accordance with current regulatory and administrative requirements.

Ensure regulatory document records retention requirements are met.

Minimum Qualifications :

6 years commercial or military nuclear experience or equivalent related industry experience.

Technical understanding of nuclear generation principles and operation.

Proficient in regulatory inspection processes.

Working knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
